<title>Video On Demand not working</title>

<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/1110860"><b>friscofrog</b></A> : As a former RCN customer I had been using VOD only infrequently, but it did work then. For the past week, (and could be longer since that is the first time I checked in quite a while), I have not been able to access any programing. I get the menu and choose the show,but when I press play, I get the flip bar for few seconds and then a black screen. Sometimes I get an error message telling me to call RCN! My neighbor with Astound service is experiencing the same trouble. I have been on the phone several times with support both locally and in Washington state. Nothing they suggested or did worked. A tech finally came out and said he had complaints, but no one on the phone support can verify other complaints or even that the system is down. I am asking readers of this forum whether or not they have working video on demand.]]></description>
