| Time Warner blocking TOR traffic?
I've been able to connect to TOR in the past, but I can no longer. I was wondering if anyone else who uses the TOR network is able to connect. I've not been getting a server list so...and everything I've read about the message "I learned some more directory information, but not enough to build a circuit." claims that it's because the ISP is blocking it.
Any help would be appreciated.

@prvlb.net | I used TOR in the past and it worked fine on RR. I will attempt to connect later this morning when Im home and see if it still does or if I get your issue |

They're most definitely not blocking TOR traffic. I'm using the TOR network to write this, in fact. |
