| EarthLink True voice is terrible
The equipment didn't work. The service didn't work. The outsourced tech support is clueless, slow and muddled. After cancellation of service, they continue to phone about credit card update and to ask for bill payment, even though they sent confirmation that service has been cancelled and no payment is due.
Also, if you go from POTS to VOIP, it's very time-consuming to go back (which I've now done).
Summary: Stay away from EarthLink True Voice . It is a terrible service, with poor support and erroneous billing. |
