As if they didn't already have anough to fix? 888 number is always busy, forcing you to call a local office, which in my case, is a long distance number. Then, as you burn minutes getting switched between "customer care" and "tech support" and not getting anything resolved, they play the same recording over and over and over. Finally, with mercy, the call usually disconnects. What's worse than a used car dealer? A used care dealer associated with Time Warner.
