SURPRISE SURPRISE, JoiPhone has a grade of "F" with the Southern FL BBB!

There is a button on the right hand side where you can file a formal complaint online.

I have already submitted mine. I don't expect it to do any good, but at least when people do their research, they will be able to see that something isn't right about this company!
