Re: [Speed Problem] lost speed I just called AT&T support and spent some time working with them. The AT&T tech sees noise on the line and is dispatching a tech to my house, and should be here before 7pm today. This way he can run a speed test at the NID and determine if it is an outside issue or an inside wiring problem. Just hope its not an inside problem, but if it is I will install a NID splitter and run a new wire to the DSL modem. |

| Update.... Tech tested line at NID and found no problem should support 6 meg. So I installed a NID spitter and ran a dedicated line to the dsl modem. Now I have constant 6.5 meg downloads. Problem solved, hope it stays this way for a while... |
