Huh? When I call a friend(with my paid for service) and he answers(on his paid for service)... where are we using someone elses bandwidth?

You are 100% correct dadkins . It's the new mantra of the employees and fan boys. The ISP owns the bandwidth even when we are paying for it. I guess Comcast gives me my high speed internet for free? Last I looked I'm paying $43 dollars a month for it, and I will use skype when ever I want.
