The U.S., on the other hand, is pretty much deregulated now. We can see how well that works out. |

| It is for some people. My grandparents have 768k/128k dsl service because that is all that is available to them. The local cable company doesnt service their area and they dont want to sign up for satellite broadband (cant blame them for that.) So they are left with dial up or bare minimum dsl instead, I know which one I would pick. |
