I've had Vonage for 3 years or so. The only problems I've ever had with the service is when Comcast crapped out.

I had DSL for 7 years, overall I was pretty happy with it. I later added a few different VoIP services and the VoIP call quality was OK as long as I wasn’t doing any uploads or downloads.
