Same here... I've had a couple of billing issues with Sprint/Nextel.. each one handled PROMPTLY.. with a smile in their voice.. and with out any hassle.

Some people just have a general desire to be victims.. usually a sign of no life.

I'm not going to say that there aren't times where some people have hard times getting small disputes handled, HOWEVER, a multi-thousand dollar mistake... um - no brainer.
