My Earthlink WiFi service has been out for 5 days now. Tech support (India) says "No problems found, try resetting the modem". I told them I've done all the B.S. stuff 10 times already and that I bet I can get TW to install cable internet before they manage to fix my problem. The TW installer comes out this Friday
