| reply to TKJunkMail Lisa Hook wasn't the fault of AOL HSI's failure it was the ridiculous price the top idiots thought AOL "stupies" would pay. They got brains and didn't. Still, snagging 2 million idiots to pay $15 more a month for DSL is impressive. Also, AOL HSI couldn't handle the volume even though many ppl had full green on their modems.
AOL should've dropped their price to $9.95 a month for dial-up and let HSI users add it for free (ads could have paid for it). But, no, the bigshots at AOL Time Warner wanted it all instead of being of the common cent$ variety. -- Saving the world keeps me busy.
