SSX4life : Well TWC officially sucks. I have had multiple problems with them that I could write a 5 page rant on but I'll spare you all.

#1. they didn't follow procedure

#2. the billed me two times for a move and created a new account when they should have transferred the first. They even said that they linked the accounts when you should contiue the same account.

I moved / transferred service on the 16th of Nov. and I should have been billed like normal, but they made a new acct and billed me twice.. the old acct for the full month and the new acct from the 16-31st... stupid people.

#3. They billed me for lost or stolen equipment when I moved... but I used the SAME equipment and didn't get new stuff. They also said I wasn't currently using a modem...... and how do you explain that I'm currently on the net? These people are clueless.

#4. They said to remove the charge of the equipment that was "missing" I would need to physically bring it into the store. I'm sorry it's YOUR fault, don't even try and tell me it's mine (look @ #1)

#5. 5 disconnects with customer support and even a rant @ retention. I'm done trying, and if I go to see someone in a store I swear I might just get a restraining order.

These people are cluless.... 15 min hold sessions and hangups.

I'm done trying.
