Re: Please.... You are not kidding there TS , Sprints billing department is the worse. I have YET to get a bill that is actually correct. Each month I have to sit on the phone for at least an hour or more...to get the extra charges removed.
DO they remove them, yes. BUT the point being its just not one time, its many many many times.
My time is worth a bunch to me, as it is to everyone. I have a feeling that Sprint is going to end up with a class action law suit like Verizon did this year, because of over charges. And I will be one of the first to jump in. |
