After another 50 minutes waiting for a rep to answer, I was told that this was the NEW AT&T, and my billing issue had to do with the OLD AT&T!!!  So I was transferred to the old AT&T, and realized my home phone service billing had been split into new and old, with long distance being old.  Confused yet?  I know I am.  It would be funny if it weren't so sad.]]></description>
