And is exactly why I switched to Embarq. AFAIK, you still can't get over 4500/384 anywhere in this county from TW, and with the pressure to add more HD channels, it will be a long time before they spend anything upgrading mere internet. Then they have the nerve to run "Faster than DSL!" ads. Not at my house it isn't.
TW speeds are more than double the coverage area that Comcast offers HIGHER tier speeds.
I don't know where your getting 4500/384 from?
TW speed upgrades are not company wide. There is definitely the possibility of the older speeds still being used in some TW systems.
