Re: Changed in early October I didn't say Verizon was the cheapest out there. I've had reliable service, very few dropped calls, etc. Verizon has consistently carried equipment suitable for my usage patterns, and the service level I subscribe to would cost the same with Alltel (except Alltel's package does have about 200 more minutes, which I wouldn't use). To tip the scales, part of my employer's business account with Verizon includes an employee discount program, which shaves some of Verizon's price for me.
I don't think Verizon is the best out there for everyone--no company is. But they meet my needs, and as long as they do, I'm sticking with them. |
