To a point. Then he get's extremely aggressive, basically saying that it's the customers fault when you don't roll over and play nice. He's more interested in keeping me quiet at this point than anything else. Plus, there's only so far he can go without crossing a legal line. It might be a forum, but it's still admissible in civil court.
