2 edits | Unbiased News Article? Interesting how Karl uses words like "Booted", "Expelled", "Oust", and "Expulsion". The BBB simply said it was "revoked". Getting a little carried away here Karl? 
Anyways, I don't place much faith in the BBB. Haven't for some time now. So this is relatively a non-news item for me. |

Now you're being too P.C. about this... there is a difference in being bias and telling the news from choosing a few words to describe something that all mean the same thing.
Karl posted nothing wrong in the article nor did he go overboard in his choice of words. |

A question here. This revocation(or whatever) was from the Buffalo BBB. Could there be MANY more complaints registered with other local BBB's across the country? Viatalk is offered nationally, so these complaints listed in the Buffalo BBB may just be a drop in the bucket of national complaints. |

Well, having 30 complaints from 2005-2006 then having 141 in 2007 alone was the problem. Funny how Karl fails to mention a 470% increase in complaints. Karl is biased. Said it before. Karl hates big business and loves small ones (even totally incompetent ones---he loved Sunrocket before it crashed). Oh, the rating on here is 71% for Via Talk in the reviews secion. That's a C-.
