I agree. I contacted the BBB two times and they did absolutely nothing to help me out. The first time they did not even return my messages and the second time was pretty much the same.

I wonder if you can file a complaint to the BBB about the BBB....

join:2006-07-20		 I think it served a purpose at one point. But IMO it lost its credibility a long time ago.
