 | Can't say I disagree Well, coming from someone who actually filed one of those complaints after months of repeatedly being ignored by Viatalk, I can't say I disagree with the BBB. Just because they "resolve" a complaint doesn't mean it makes up for the terrible service and complete lack of professional courtesy to many customers.
I for one had to keep paying a monthly fee to Verizon for over 5 months after signing up with Viatalk because of the insane amount of time it took to port my number, so Viatalk cost me an extra $125 during that period. No offer to refund anything at all despite that fact that my Viatalk account was essentially useless without my ported number.
I'm still a customer (especially since I already prepaid for two years of service), and I haven't had any major problems since then, but it was a nightmare trying to reach anyone in their support department at that time, and I primarily just wanted to know what was going on. |
