Arnold, MD | Great service My VT service has been rock solid. The SunRocket demise was a double-edged sword for VT. I believe they took a large portion of the stranded customers in because of the great service, features, and price. Unfortunately, I think VT was way overwhelmed by that influx which killed took a toll on customer service for awhile. You have to do what you have to do if the service isn't working, but the company was great before this time period and has been great since recovering. Much better than the poor service offered by other companies on a regular basis (ahem, Verizon, AT&T, Comcast among others). |
