Yeah , but Sprint still charges taxes and all the other 911 and FCC (which a broadband modem cannot call 911) charges per month for another (in my state) $6 a month, along with a 2 year contract.
SO lets figure if they drop the price to $49 a month,, but charge $6 a month in extra charges, that is still $72.00 times 2 years is $144.00 extra PLUS the 2 year contract you are committed to. Then if you leave before hand...another $150-$200 ETF. OHH BOY , such a deal lol |

| I have three phones with Sprint that all have EVDO as well as my Merlin EX and have no plans of leaving them. Besides, I'm not even on a contract anymore. The extra $6 a month? Meh, it's worth it to me to pay it all in one bill and not deal with an internet company that I can't drive to if things "need fixin'" and to be able to just go to the store if I lose or damage my card since they hand them out like nothing if you have insurance. I can't afford to wait even a day to receive a replacement haggling with some company miles away.
I'm not downing Millenicom, as I told my non-Sprint customer sister to use them. I'm just saying that they aren't right for every situation and I think you're a little assumptive in thinking so. I was merely telling this person how they could save ten bucks anyway. |

1 edit | Speaking of assumptive, LOL you dont have to "haggle" with Millenicom in the least. I had a Sierra go bad and had a replacement the next day.
And try taking back a modem to a Sprint store, many persons on the forums have complained the stores charge $35 to exchange the modems for a working model.
You seem to stir the pot where ever you land. |
