If you have an issue with slow speed:
Post a speed test: Speed Test Cable seems to be running real fast at time of posting... but I still feel a post is worth while here is one from yesterday though.

Post a tweak test result: Tweak Test tweak test from yesterday: »/linequality/4···/2330615 tweak test from 10 minutes ago: »/linequality/b···/2330881
If you have an issue with an intermittent connection or no connection:
All lights are working fine.
Post signal levels: Signal Levels ...downstream... Frequency 747000000 Hz Locked Signal to Noise Ratio 35 dB Power Level 7 dBmV ...upstream... Channel ID 1 Frequency 34800022 Hz Ranged
Power Level 44 dBmV
Im uncertain of how cable is split in home but I was thinking of going in attic today and looking.
If this is not enough information please let me know and I will find out. I was thinking of going to radio shack and buying a splitter with a 4db tap on it... and trying to create a direct connection to my cable modem(although I think this may already be done.) |
