Re: Unbiased News Article? Well, having 30 complaints from 2005-2006 then having 141 in 2007 alone was the problem. Funny how Karl fails to mention a 470% increase in complaints. Karl is biased. Said it before. Karl hates big business and loves small ones (even totally incompetent ones---he loved Sunrocket before it crashed). Oh, the rating on here is 71% for Via Talk in the reviews secion. That's a C-.
