| Speedtest Hi, glad I found someone who uses Nauticom also. I am wondering what package you are signed up for and what the actual speed is you are to be getting.
I am suppose to be using the 3m but my connection I believe is well below what it is suppose to be. My upload speed is terrible, would you know what would cause this?

Saxonburg, PA | I had similar issue when I first sign up. I contact customer support. They send a guy out to test. The tech found a few problems between the house and there connection point.
The problem could also be the wiring in your house.
One thing I did was collect several speed tests over a period of time and ping a site like google over a period of time. To show that there was an issues.
My problem started out with everything fine some days and bad on others.
