It also said I was being boosted to 15Mbps, but I was already seeing that improvement before I got the letter. |

If you are on the $99.95 Digital Cable, Preferred HSI, Connection 60 Phone Bundle the price is being increased $10.00 to 109.95.
Also they are upgrading the HSI from Preferred to Premiere and we get 25% discount on all PPV's |

 | reply to CulDeSac an increase? I thought we were grandfathered in at this price.

I wish I had another choice to switch to. |

I wish I had another choice to switch to. You're grandfathered into the package... Price is never grandfathered.....
At least they gave up something with the increase....
And Jesse, Yes only an increase for the old $99.95 Triple Play Bundle... |

Net: $5 decrease to overall bill. Thanks, Cox! Plus, I use PPV alot so the 25% discount will be nice. I only wish for more PPV selection. 4 channels sucks! -- Great success! High five! |

If you got in while it was $99.95 It was still $99.95 until now.... (Unless you changed something where you lost the bundle) |

I usually find 3 or 4 movies a month to get using PPV. Beats driving to the video store. Let's see: 4 movies @ $3.95 = $15.80 x 25% = $3.95 saving. That's like a movie free. -- Great success! High five! |

 | reply to CulDeSac I'm on preferred as well, no letter for me though. |
|
 | reply to CulDeSac Oh nice so they are going to charge me $10 more for my crappy internet that hasn't been fixed yet.
WAY TO GO COX! |

So they pretty much bumped you to premiere at 66% of what the package costs[sucks if you aren't even getting preferred speeds on your preferred] -- You can never be too rich, too thin or have too much Bandwidth |
