When most people think of Cisco they associate that with dependability & quality. I really hope that by branding this SA box with the Cisco logo they dont hurt there name brand. I know some folks out there will start yelling "Cisco Sux" but I have had a Pix, and numerous routers that have all lasted me many years without any issues. Not to mention my Linksys router that has been chugging right along for about 5 years now. |

A webstar modem whether it has a cisco label or not is *still shit* -- You can never be too rich, too thin or have too much Bandwidth |

| I would greatly disagree being that I used one for years and installed one in numerous people's homes because of my past reliability. Since installing all of those I have swapped out probably 75% of them for all out failure or poor coverage (usually the case).
Linksys does (did?) allow custom firmware which appears to be great and what many people are so happy about. However, I am not into that and don't expect my customers to be so I never dealt with that. Plus why deal with that when I can get a DLink that in my experience clearly has better coverage and requires a lot less power cycles "to fix" it. |

| I disagree. I've swapped out so many DLink routers and put in Linksys WRT54g routers with and without customer firmwares and all have provided great coverage and none of them have needed a reboot. My own personal WRT54g had an uptime of 2 years until I lost power for a day. |

| A 350VA UPS doesn't last over a day with a router and a modem on it. Trust me, I tried. A bigger one probably would, but that size of one really isn't needed for this application. We have more micro-brownouts and blips in the power than anything else. Loosing power for more than 20 seconds is extremely rare. |
