I didnt miss that part but who is to say the cable company will ALLOW the sing to work with there box? Ie changing channel for example. edit or maybe i have missed something?

Thespis I'm not an actor, but I play one on TV. Premium join:2004-08-03 Keller, TX	Controlling the cable box is easily accomplished with an IR blaster. All you're doing is hooking the STB output to the slingbox instead of the TV.
