 | reply to dei283 Call Verizon. My DSL was cancelled due to an expired credit card, but my phone line remained active. When I called them and signed up for dsl again I was given the new customer rate ($14.95/mo). |

Re: LOL Call and tell them your situation. If they don't budge then tell them you would like to cancel and go with someone else (even if you have no one else to go to). Hopefully you would get to the retentions dept and they will give you a package. |
