Re: Quest DSL Service Contract

One statement on the site I did find sure there are more buried somewhere about Qwest connect platinum:

"Qwest Connect: With approved credit. Service not available in all areas. Speed tiers vary by location and actual speeds will fluctuate due to many factors. Windows Live is compatible with Windows® XP (with SP2 or greater) and Windows Vista® operating systems. Prices exclude taxes, surcharges, and other fees. Limit of one bundle discount for Broadband services per account. Discounts may apply after first full month of billing. Altering, suspending or disconnecting service will cancel price guarantee and may result in an early termination charge. Requires compatible modem. Subject to additional restrictions and subscriber agreement. Microsoft also requires acceptance of their terms and conditions.

Microsoft and Windows Live are trademarks of the Microsoft group of companies. All other trademarks are owned by Qwest.

Copyright © 2007 Qwest. All Rights Reserved"

Speed tiers vary by location and actual speed fluctuates due to many factors. The true legal stuff probably is unreadable to me if I found it but probably says the same type thing. All to me true.
