My wife is a vegetarian. I have to cook those things all the time - I think they are made of algae and Styrofoam.
Over here by the lake it will probably crack 55, but if the wind is from the East it ain't gonna be que weather.

| We gonna have to take you up on that - she isn't a doctrinaire veggie. She had some health issues about 20 years ago that make fleisch - as the literal-minded Germans put it - difficult to digest.
For myself, I'm against the abuse of plants. Just because they don't have central nervous systems doesn't mean they don't suffer when we pick them, wash them, and then steam or saute them.
And the Cows (apologies to our moderator), the COWS! They pull up grass, smush it around in their mouths, grinding it up, and then they eat it. ABUSE OF PLANTS! Are we so central-nervous-system-centric that we ignore the pain and suffering that herbivores cause to plants?
