We have the exact same faucet. We also have a portable dish washer and when we connect the hoses to it, the weight of the whole unit turns the faucet slightly to an angle. No big deal to us, as the hoses keep it from turning sideways. I do use the "swivel" head when washing items that don't fit in the dish washer. I just line them up in the sink and just swivel the head as needed.
