The competition is offering alot more for alot less then AT@T's overblown prices, and if you start adding some special features...look out. The VOIP's and the cable companies have the same features included.
I left AT@T and the Bells several yrs. back for that very reason and never looked back.
They can blame the economy or the cable co. down the street but the real problem lies within their corporate walls.
