Re: New webmail changes for legacy email users
I waited the required 5 to 10 minutes,but still can't login. I keep getting an error page. I wonder how long it does take?

| Do you have a lot of mail stored on your account?
Prior to the migration I pretty much cleaned all the stored email out of my account including all the trash and bulk mail just so there wouldn't be much to transfer. Then once the new web mail was accessible, it bumped me off the connection and I had to re-log in to continue accessing it. |

Universe | Is this only for unmerged accounts? My e-mail is merged with Yahoo,would that matter?

| Yes, this is only for the legacy email IDs that never switched to AT&T-Yahoo (or SBC-Yahoo at the time everyone was urged to switch over).
If you migrated an email ID to the Yahoo accounts, this wouldn't apply to it. It is possible to have "straddled" the migration and have left some email IDs behind on the legacy system. I had one person mention doing this several months ago.  |

Reno, NV | I think once you migrated the master account to SBC-Yahoo, any new email subaccounts you create would be handled by Yahoo rather than the legacy system. |
