00000 | investors, take note: "future proof" there are many posts on this site that attempt to paint the general consensus here at dslreports.com that Verizon's strategy is superior than pretty much anything else being deployed in this country -- as nothing but fanboy love. in reality, i believe it is the desire to DO IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME and the future proofing that many believe is a smart strategy. |

| I agree. Invest early on ahead of the competition and they'll be so far behind they can't catch up. Eventually, a greater need and demand will come for this service. |
