Possible hacienda heights fed off la puente or baldwin park co? Possible walnut, but Im assuming its pass City of industry.

 Hac. Hts. is serviced by the La Puente C.O. and is next to City of Industry. Hopefully we are on the build list. Hac. Hts. is in unincorporated L.A. Co. I haven't seen any unincorporated areas listed in the build-out in previous posts. Is there some sort of franchising or other problem? I hope not.
