Anything is possible. If you can see handholes placed about every 3000 ft. or so and/or start seeing tan cabinets being placed then you have a good chance at new services being deployed soon.

| What are handholes? They do have the cabinets I mentioned above like every half mile or so apart. They are a greyish green, about 3' tall, 18" deep and 24" wide that has stickers saying "Fiber Bond". I did notice one of the employees working on a cabinet yesterday and it appeared to have some sort of black coil looking thing laying beside it.

Port Saint Lucie, FL | Those green pedestals are above ground closures for fiber splices. Handholes are 17x30 or 30x48 inches in ground closures for fiber splices.
