Wow!

Very nice. It's already got three times the range of cat5, and if they're able to significantly boost it then this could be huge. I'm curious what cable and equipment costs would be like if / when this becomes broadly deployed.

Indeed very impressive but still requires a lot of work. Hopefully the equipment will be cheap enough for me to run in my home.

My future dream with this technology:

Have all my equipment in my home network with plastic optical fiber running IPv6 pushing out a blistering 100 Gbps with Giga wireless for non-attached nodes.
