Does anyone who lives in indiana and now has Avenue as an ISP also use an Ambit Model# U10C018 modem? I'm wonder if that might be the issue I was on the phone to Avenue tech support all day today trying to help them resolve the issue by logging into WoW and letting them watch my pc from their end to try to figure out what's wrong and there's still no fix...This SUX MAJORLY. |

I feel for y'all....
My ex girlfriend was in the 'New' Avenue service area and Charter stunk, but this looks like it is MUCH worse. |
