I think so. But Comcast said that it planned to have the VOD upgrades completed by the end of 2007. Well, it's now 2008 and they haven't done anything in the Central Houston area.

Beaverton, OR		 I can't say for sure about anything, cause I'm not near the area, but what are you "missing" from vod, just free movies, hd content, or like premium services(hbo/sho/etc)?
