ha try contacting network solutions

They dont have an email you can send to but everytime i try to use their form they give me an error "Remove spaces from the start and end of the data" MAYBE THEY DONT WANT TO PROVIDE CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR THE PREMIUM priced domain registration. I think i spent 9 bucks on my registration.
