Safe domain availability search?

I saw this posted on /.

quote:
Here, use this:

»support.suso.org/dns/saferdomainlookup.php [suso.org]

I wrote it a few months ago after these types of issues started coming up. I provide some transparency so that you can have confidence in trusting it. Of course, you can always use command line whois or DNS tools.

From Suso's domain availability checker:

quote:
A safer place to check for domain availability. Please only use this website if you want to check if a domain is available. Do not use other websites unless they offer some guarantee that they do not share their domain lookup logs with 3rd parties.
Welcome to Suso's safer domain availability checker. This page was created to provide everyone with a safer way to check for domain availability without fear that the query itself will be recorded and used to snatch the domain from you before you can register it.
YMMV

Anyone know of any other safe domain availability search sites?

HA!!!! I always had my suspicions. I would try out names and think to myself that MUST be going to a database somewhere that "someone" has expressed interest in the "that" name.
