I have internet access but the Speed has be erratic since the morning of the 3rd. I cannot get on Xbox Live, the latency is in the 300's to the Xbox servers. I maybe able to play for at the most 5-10 min at a time. My 3meg line has been running anywhere from 409 Down up to the mid 2000's, the upload is just as erratic. Customer support seems to be really nice and they say this is just because of the transition and they have run into more issues than they thought they would, although they said they are working on it.
