They may have included DE with MD *and* PA (remember, DE is a rather small state).
Also, in other news, FIOS has pushed further south in the Old Line State (with Charles County, MD seeing their first deployments). Once they push into St. Mary's and Calvert Counties, only the Eastern Short and far central and western Maryland will be left here (Carroll County, Frederick, and points west).
