Re: [TWC] Flaky connection San Diego 92128 yes, i live in carmel mountain in 92128. my ip is in the 24.xx.xxx.xx and its been like this ever since 12pm. i think they're doing maintenance or upgrading our speeds. hmmm. because in 92128 part of san diego the standard speed is still 7/512 as to a lot of my other friends live in a variety of areas around SD and they all have their standard speed bumped to 10/1. |

| Thats interesting, i pay for RR Premium/Turbo whatever they call it and I get 10/1...if thats the speed everyone else on the lower tier is getting then what the heck am I paying extra $ for. |

| I live in the 92128 area code and my service and speeds has been rock solid. Hasn't been affected by packet shaping, outages or slow downs at all.

| dude, whats your IP address showing up as and what is the speed test showing? I called RR yesterday and they admitted there was a server issue which is causing the problems...cable modem loses sync every so often. |
