| twcny changed my router password
hello just a simple question
roadrunner time Warner cable changed the password
to my router!
if i reset the router will it also reset the password?
i hesitate doing it because it took them 3 YEARS t set it up correctly.  
they changed it because i said i would cancel if i could not port forward.

any help would be appreciated |

Unless I'm missing something, how could your ISP change the password of your router? |

my connection would keep getting dropped
every time i called the usual answer was unplug the router and replug it in
after 3 years of this i had several new routers finally got someone who found the problem fixed it and changed the router password and asked why they said customers were not suppose to have access to them |
