But the latter customer will not order a wide array of data products either.
The guy who uses a lot of data will most likely order a lot of content and varied data products (upsell opportunities)- that will provide additional revenue streams. |

They don't want customers who have the service because they really need true unlimited data; those customers are costing them money. They DO want customers who think they need unlimited data but actually don't use all that much. |
