ok sorry not the brightest crayon in the box

my connection would keep getting dropped

every time i called the usual answer was unplug the router and replug it in

after 3 years of this i had several new routers finally got someone who found the problem fixed it and changed the router password and asked why they said customers were not suppose to have access to them

ok i reset the router and it restore my access

now does anybody know how i can change the password to keep roadrunner out
