Thats interesting, i pay for RR Premium/Turbo whatever they call it and I get 10/1...if thats the speed everyone else on the lower tier is getting then what the heck am I paying extra $ for. |

San Diego, CA | I live in the 92128 area code and my service and speeds has been rock solid. Hasn't been affected by packet shaping, outages or slow downs at all.

@rr.com | dude, whats your IP address showing up as and what is the speed test showing? I called RR yesterday and they admitted there was a server issue which is causing the problems...cable modem loses sync every so often. |
